I only got about 10 minutes behind the wheel, but to paraphrase Ferris Bueller, if you have the means, I highly recommend taking one out. It is so choice.

Tell us more about it!! I just saw a profile pic today someone took at the Chicago Autoshow and I didn't think it looked too good. How was the drive?

Externally it closely follows the Audi design language. In other words it looks like most every other Audi currently on the road. I really like how clean and simple the instrument cluster. I didn't get a chance to thrash it or anything, but it felt nice much like a Jetta from back before the Great Decontenting, only more so. The automatic transmission was fine. Stick would have been nice, but there probably isn't enough demand.

Okay cool. I know it's a smaller car but how much smaller? Last time I was in the back seat of a Jetta all I could think of was I've been in bathtubs with more space than this.

I didn't sit in the back, so I can't tell you about space. The car is about the size of a 2000 vintage A4, but with a lower roofline. Probably 2" - 3" lower.
